Reservations and confirmation

Booking at least 24 hours before the service is recommended. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice remain subject to availability. A request is not confirmed until confirmation is issued through the applicable booking channel.

Prices

The website displays final service prices including applicable VAT and taxes. Adult pricing applies from age 12, children from age 2 to under 12 pay the applicable child price, and infants under age 2 are free.

Service scope

Fast Track provides priority over the normal passenger queue at applicable covered stages. Mandatory security, passport, border, customs and airline procedures remain applicable. Fast Track does not authorise a passenger to arrive late and does not itself provide priority delivery of checked baggage.

Meet & Greet and VIP Lounge

Meet & Greet provides the confirmed welcome, guidance and accompaniment scope. VIP Lounge access is separate unless it is included in the confirmed package.

Extra Services

Porter is an optional paid Extra Service with a base surcharge of 200 MAD. It is displayed and paid in the same currency selected for the main booking; when conversion is required, the rate used is stored with that reservation so the confirmed total does not change later. Tourist transport with driver is available on request and its price depends on the requested destination.

Changes, cancellations and no-show

For confirmed services, modifications requested less than 24 hours before service are subject to a 10% surcharge on the final modified service price. Cancellations more than 24 hours before service are eligible for a 100% refund; cancellations less than 24 hours before service are eligible for a 50% refund. An absent passenger who has not informed us is treated as a no-show. A flight delay itself is not treated as a passenger no-show.

Reduced mobility

Official wheelchair and reduced-mobility assistance is separate from Fast Track and should be arranged with the airline or applicable official airport service.
